### sec.91 Adjudication certificate
As soon as practicable after being given a copy of a decision by an adjudicator, but no later than 5 business days after being given the decision, the registrar must give the claimant a certificate (an adjudication certificate ) of the decision stating the following matters—
the name of the claimant;
the name of the respondent who is liable to pay the adjudicated amount;
the adjudicated amount;
the date on which payment of the adjudicated amount was required to be paid to the claimant;
the rate of interest payable on the adjudicated amount;
the fees, identified in the decision, that the respondent is to pay;
that the certificate is made under this Act.
However, the registrar does not have to give the claimant an adjudication certificate if—
the respondent is not required to pay an amount under the decision; or
the adjudicator decided he or she does not have jurisdiction to decide the application; or
the adjudicator decided the adjudication application is frivolous or vexatious.

- (a) the name of the claimant;

- (f) the fees, identified in the decision, that the respondent is to pay;
- (g) that the certificate is made under this Act.

- (b) the adjudicator decided he or she does not have jurisdiction to decide the application; or
- (c) the adjudicator decided the adjudication application is frivolous or vexatious.
