### sec.151 Disqualification from appointment A person is disqualified from being appointed as the registrar if the person—— has a recorded conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or is, or has been, convicted of an offence against this Act; or is an insolvent under administration; or is not able to manage a corporation because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or is a member of the board within the meaning of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 ; or is a person engaged by the commission under a contract to provide advice or a particular service. s 151 amd 2023 No. 23 s 247 sch 1 s 2 (3) - (a) has a recorded conviction, other than a spent conviction, for an indictable offence; or - (b) is, or has been, convicted of an offence against this Act; or - (c) is an insolvent under administration; or - (d) is not able to manage a corporation because of the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or - (e) is a member of the board within the meaning of the Queensland Building and Construction Commission Act 1991 ; or - (f) is a person engaged by the commission under a contract to provide advice or a particular service.
