### sec.296 Continuing application of previous s 237 This section applies to a regulated pool that is an outdoor swimming pool constructed on residential land before the 2010 Act commencement day if, under section 293, previous section 235 applies to the pool. Previous section 237 continues to apply to the pool owner of the pool while previous section 235 applies to it. For subsection (2), previous sections 232 and 234 continue to apply as if the unamended Act had not been amended by the amending Act. s 296 ins 2010 No. 35 s 31 (sec.296-ssec.1) This section applies to a regulated pool that is an outdoor swimming pool constructed on residential land before the 2010 Act commencement day if, under section 293, previous section 235 applies to the pool.
