### sec.295 Application of s 233 This section applies to a regulated pool being constructed on the 2010 Act commencement day. Section 233(2) applies to the relevant person for the regulated pool as if the reference in the subsection to before construction of the pool starts were a reference to on the 2010 Act commencement day.
