### sec.275 Appeals to chief executive against accrediting body’s decision
If—
a person has appealed to the chief executive under the unamended Act against a decision of the accrediting body; and
the appeal has not been decided before the commencing day;
the chief executive may decide the appeal as if the unamended Act were not amended by the amending Act.
If—
a person could have appealed to the chief executive under the unamended Act against a decision of the accrediting body; and
the person has not appealed before the commencing day;
the person may apply to the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal for a review of the decision under section 205 as if the decision of the accrediting body were a decision of BSA.

(sec.275-ssec.1) If— a person has appealed to the chief executive under the unamended Act against a decision of the accrediting body; and the appeal has not been decided before the commencing day; the chief executive may decide the appeal as if the unamended Act were not amended by the amending Act.
(sec.275-ssec.2) If— a person could have appealed to the chief executive under the unamended Act against a decision of the accrediting body; and the person has not appealed before the commencing day; the person may apply to the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal for a review of the decision under section 205 as if the decision of the accrediting body were a decision of BSA.
- (a) a person has appealed to the chief executive under the unamended Act against a decision of the accrediting body; and
