### sec.276 Appeal to the court against chief executive’s decision
If—
a person has appealed to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of the chief executive; and
the appeal has not been decided before the commencing day;
the court may decide the appeal as if the unamended Act were not amended by the amending Act.
If—
a person could have appealed to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of the chief executive; and
the person has not appealed before the commencing day;
the person may appeal against the decision under the unamended Act as if the unamended Act were not amended by the amending Act.

(sec.276-ssec.1) If— a person has appealed to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of the chief executive; and the appeal has not been decided before the commencing day; the court may decide the appeal as if the unamended Act were not amended by the amending Act.
(sec.276-ssec.2) If— a person could have appealed to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of the chief executive; and the person has not appealed before the commencing day; the person may appeal against the decision under the unamended Act as if the unamended Act were not amended by the amending Act.
- (a) a person has appealed to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of the chief executive; and
- (b) the appeal has not been decided before the commencing day;
- (a) a person could have appealed to the court under the unamended Act against a decision of the chief executive; and
- (b) the person has not appealed before the commencing day;
