### sec.274 Unsatisfactory conduct and professional misconduct If the Commercial and Consumer Tribunal is deciding whether or not proper grounds exist for taking disciplinary action against a building certifier, the tribunal may take into account conduct of the building certifier before or after the commencing day. If BSA is deciding whether or not to apply to the tribunal to start a disciplinary proceeding against a building certifier, BSA may take into account conduct of the building certifier before or after the commencing day.
