### sec.164 Application for declaration of restricted place to be ended
A person may apply to the chief executive to end the declaration of a place as a restricted place.
See section 163 (2) for when the declaration ends.
A person may make an application under subsection (1) only if the person is—
the occupier of the place; or
the owner of the place; or
any entity that is, or is reasonably expected to become, a registered biosecurity entity and for whom the place is, or is reasonably expected to be, for the entity’s registration, a designated place.

(sec.164-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive to end the declaration of a place as a restricted place. See section 163 (2) for when the declaration ends.
(sec.164-ssec.2) A person may make an application under subsection (1) only if the person is— the occupier of the place; or the owner of the place; or any entity that is, or is reasonably expected to become, a registered biosecurity entity and for whom the place is, or is reasonably expected to be, for the entity’s registration, a designated place.

- (b) the owner of the place; or
- (c) any entity that is, or is reasonably expected to become, a registered biosecurity entity and for whom the place is, or is reasonably expected to be, for the entity’s registration, a designated place.
