### sec.163A Ending declaration of restricted animal or restricted biosecurity matter
The chief executive may end the declaration of a designated animal as a restricted animal when the chief executive is satisfied the animal no longer poses a biosecurity risk.
The chief executive may end the declaration of designated biosecurity matter as restricted biosecurity matter when the chief executive is satisfied the matter no longer poses a biosecurity risk.
A declaration ends when the chief executive removes the entry making the declaration from the biosecurity register.
The chief executive may end a declaration—
on the chief executive’s own initiative; or
on an application made under this subdivision for the declaration to be ended.

(sec.163A-ssec.1) The chief executive may end the declaration of a designated animal as a restricted animal when the chief executive is satisfied the animal no longer poses a biosecurity risk.
(sec.163A-ssec.2) The chief executive may end the declaration of designated biosecurity matter as restricted biosecurity matter when the chief executive is satisfied the matter no longer poses a biosecurity risk.
(sec.163A-ssec.3) A declaration ends when the chief executive removes the entry making the declaration from the biosecurity register.
(sec.163A-ssec.4) The chief executive may end a declaration— on the chief executive’s own initiative; or on an application made under this subdivision for the declaration to be ended.
- (a) on the chief executive’s own initiative; or
- (b) on an application made under this subdivision for the declaration to be ended.
