### sec.164A Application for declaration of restricted animal to be ended
A person may apply to the chief executive to end the declaration of a designated animal as a restricted animal.
See section 163A (3) for when the declaration ends.
A person may make an application under subsection (1) only if the person is—
the registered biosecurity entity for the place where the restricted animal is being kept; or
the occupier of the place where the restricted animal is being kept; or
the owner of the restricted animal.

(sec.164A-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive to end the declaration of a designated animal as a restricted animal. See section 163A (3) for when the declaration ends.
(sec.164A-ssec.2) A person may make an application under subsection (1) only if the person is— the registered biosecurity entity for the place where the restricted animal is being kept; or the occupier of the place where the restricted animal is being kept; or the owner of the restricted animal.
- (a) the registered biosecurity entity for the place where the restricted animal is being kept; or
- (b) the occupier of the place where the restricted animal is being kept; or
- (c) the owner of the restricted animal.
