### sec.110 Applying for review
An application by a person for review of a decision must be made within 28 days after notice of the decision is given to the person.
However, if—
the notice did not state reasons for the decision; and
the person asked for a statement of reasons for the decision within the period mentioned in subsection (1) ;
the person may make the application within 28 days after the person is given the statement of reasons.
Also, the chief executive may extend the period for making an application for review, even though the time for making the application has expired.
An application for review must be written and state in detail the grounds on which the applicant seeks review of the decision.

(sec.110-ssec.1) An application by a person for review of a decision must be made within 28 days after notice of the decision is given to the person.
