### sec.109 Affected person may apply for review
If a person’s interests are affected by a decision under this Act the person may apply to the chief executive for a review of the decision.
However, subsection (1) does not apply to a decision under section 10A (1) (b) , 12 (3) , 48 (9) , 48A (1) (b) , 93B (2) or 106K .
A person who may seek a review of a decision is entitled to receive a statement of reasons for the decision.

(sec.109-ssec.1) If a person’s interests are affected by a decision under this Act the person may apply to the chief executive for a review of the decision.
