### sec.65 Endorsement for study in absence of response
The sponsor is not required to endorse an Aboriginal party for the study area to take part in the cultural heritage study if a response provided for under this part has not been given to the sponsor, or has not been given to the sponsor within the required time.
However, the sponsor may endorse an Aboriginal party for the study area to take part in the cultural heritage study even though the sponsor is not required to endorse the party.
(sec.65-ssec.1) The sponsor is not required to endorse an Aboriginal party for the study area to take part in the cultural heritage study if a response provided for under this part has not been given to the sponsor, or has not been given to the sponsor within the required time.
(sec.65-ssec.2) However, the sponsor may endorse an Aboriginal party for the study area to take part in the cultural heritage study even though the sponsor is not required to endorse the party.
