### sec.64 Aboriginal party response to public notice and endorsement for study
An Aboriginal party to which a public notice (proposed study) is directed may respond by giving a written notice to the sponsor, within the time required under the public notice (proposed study), that the Aboriginal party wishes to take part in the cultural heritage study.
If the sponsor receives a response from an Aboriginal party under subsection (1) within the time required under the public notice (proposed study), the sponsor must endorse the Aboriginal party to take part in the cultural heritage study.
(sec.64-ssec.1) An Aboriginal party to which a public notice (proposed study) is directed may respond by giving a written notice to the sponsor, within the time required under the public notice (proposed study), that the Aboriginal party wishes to take part in the cultural heritage study.
(sec.64-ssec.2) If the sponsor receives a response from an Aboriginal party under subsection (1) within the time required under the public notice (proposed study), the sponsor must endorse the Aboriginal party to take part in the cultural heritage study.
