### sec.165 Permit under repealed Act A permit issued under section 28 of the repealed Act and in force immediately before the commencement of this section, to the extent it relates to Aboriginal cultural heritage— continues in force according to its terms; and may be dealt with under the provisions of the repealed Act relating to it, other than section 29 of the repealed Act, as if the provisions had not been repealed. - (a) continues in force according to its terms; and - (b) may be dealt with under the provisions of the repealed Act relating to it, other than section 29 of the repealed Act, as if the provisions had not been repealed.
