### sec.123 Issue of identity card
The chief executive must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
The identity card must—
contain a recent photo of the authorised officer; and
contain a copy of the authorised officer’s signature; and
identify the person as an authorised officer under this Act; and
state an expiry date for the card.
This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.
(sec.123-ssec.1) The chief executive must issue an identity card to each authorised officer.
(sec.123-ssec.2) The identity card must— contain a recent photo of the authorised officer; and contain a copy of the authorised officer’s signature; and identify the person as an authorised officer under this Act; and state an expiry date for the card.
(sec.123-ssec.3) This section does not prevent the issue of a single identity card to a person for this Act and other purposes.
