### sec.60VB Minister’s power to give directions to board The Minister may give the board a written direction about— the performance of Community Enterprise Queensland’s functions or the exercise of its powers; or another matter relating to the performance of the board’s role. The Minister may give the board a written direction under subsection (1) only if the Minister is satisfied it is necessary to give the direction in the public interest. The board must comply with the direction. Before giving a direction under subsection (1) , the Minister must consult with the board. If the board is given a direction under subsection (1) , the board must publish the direction— in a publicly accessible way as soon as practicable after receiving the direction; and in Community Enterprise Queensland’s next annual report under section 60V . s 60VB ins 2016 No. 36 s 26 (sec.60VB-ssec.1) The Minister may give the board a written direction about— the performance of Community Enterprise Queensland’s functions or the exercise of its powers; or another matter relating to the performance of the board’s role.
