### sec.60VA Board to report on functions, finances and operations
The Minister may, by written notice, ask the board to give a report to the Minister about the performance of Community Enterprise Queensland’s functions or a matter relating to its finances or operations.
The board must—
comply with a request made by the Minister under subsection (1) ; and
give the report in the way, and at the time, required by the Minister.
