### sec.60RA Role of chief executive officer
The chief executive officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Community Enterprise Queensland.
In carrying out the chief executive officer’s responsibilities, the chief executive officer must act in accordance with the strategies and policies decided by the board under section 60DA (2) (a) .

(sec.60RA-ssec.1) The chief executive officer is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Community Enterprise Queensland.
(sec.60RA-ssec.2) In carrying out the chief executive officer’s responsibilities, the chief executive officer must act in accordance with the strategies and policies decided by the board under section 60DA (2) (a) .
