### sec.60R Chief executive officer
Community Enterprise Queensland must have a chief executive officer.
Subject to any direction given by the Minister, the board is to appoint the chief executive officer.
The chief executive officer—
is an employee of Community Enterprise Queensland; and
is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 .

(sec.60R-ssec.1) Community Enterprise Queensland must have a chief executive officer.
(sec.60R-ssec.2) Subject to any direction given by the Minister, the board is to appoint the chief executive officer.
(sec.60R-ssec.3) The chief executive officer— is an employee of Community Enterprise Queensland; and is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
- (a) is an employee of Community Enterprise Queensland; and
- (b) is appointed under this Act and not under the Public Sector Act 2022 .
