### sec.60H Disqualification from membership
A person can not become, or continue to be, a member of the board if the person—
is or becomes an insolvent under administration; or
is disqualified from managing corporations under the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or
has been, or is, convicted of an indictable offence; or
has been, or is, convicted of an offence against this Act.

- (a) is or becomes an insolvent under administration; or
- (b) is disqualified from managing corporations under the Corporations Act , part 2D .6; or
- (c) has been, or is, convicted of an indictable offence; or
- (d) has been, or is, convicted of an offence against this Act.
