Introduction
- Since about 2009, the applicant Mr Kemball, held a category AB firearms licence for the genuine reasons of recreational hunting/vermin control. Mr Kemball's firearms licence was suspended for twelve months from 19 October 2019 to 19 October 2020, and his firearms and ammunition were seized.
