### sec.424 Application of s 210A to child sentenced to detention before commencement Section 210A applies to a child who— before the commencement, was sentenced to serve a period of detention in a detention centre; and on the commencement, is held in a watch-house by the commissioner of the police service under section 210(2). s 424 ins 2024 No. 45 s 131 - (a) before the commencement, was sentenced to serve a period of detention in a detention centre; and - (b) on the commencement, is held in a watch-house by the commissioner of the police service under section 210(2).
