### sec.423 Application of s 56A to child remanded in custody before commencement Section 56A applies to a child who— before the commencement, was remanded in custody; and on the commencement, is held in custody in a watch-house by the commissioner of the police service under section 56(2). s 423 ins 2024 No. 45 s 131 - (a) before the commencement, was remanded in custody; and - (b) on the commencement, is held in custody in a watch-house by the commissioner of the police service under section 56(2).
