### sec.323 References to attendance notices
From the relevant commencement, a reference in a current Act or document to an attendance notice may, if the context permits, be taken to include a reference to a notice to appear.
An attendance notice issued under the current Act is, for all proceedings taken on the notice from the relevant commencement, taken to be a notice to appear issued under the Police Powers and Responsibilities Act 2000 , section 382.
In this section—
relevant commencement means the commencement of section 9 of the amending Act.
