### sec.322 Immediate release orders and fixed release orders
From the relevant commencement, a reference in a current Act or document to an immediate release order may, if the context permits, be taken to include a reference to a conditional release order.
From the relevant commencement, a reference in a current Act or document to a fixed release order may, if the context permits, be taken to include a reference to a supervised release order.
A fixed release order in force immediately before the relevant commencement is, from the relevant commencement, a supervised release order.
A contravention of a fixed release order before the relevant commencement may be dealt with under this Act as a contravention of a supervised release order.
In this section—
relevant commencement means the commencement of—
for subsection (1)—section 86 of the amending Act; or
for subsections (2) to (4)—section 94 of the amending Act.

(sec.322-ssec.1) From the relevant commencement, a reference in a current Act or document to an immediate release order may, if the context permits, be taken to include a reference to a conditional release order.
(sec.322-ssec.2) From the relevant commencement, a reference in a current Act or document to a fixed release order may, if the context permits, be taken to include a reference to a supervised release order.
(sec.322-ssec.3) A fixed release order in force immediately before the relevant commencement is, from the relevant commencement, a supervised release order.
(sec.322-ssec.4) A contravention of a fixed release order before the relevant commencement may be dealt with under this Act as a contravention of a supervised release order.
(sec.322-ssec.5) In this section— relevant commencement means the commencement of— for subsection (1)—section 86 of the amending Act; or for subsections (2) to (4)—section 94 of the amending Act.
- (a) for subsection (1)—section 86 of the amending Act; or
- (b) for subsections (2) to (4)—section 94 of the amending Act.
