### sec.318 Transfer of amounts held on trust for detainees
This section applies to all amounts that, immediately before the commencement of this section, were credited to the detainees trust fund kept by the Queensland Corrective Services Commission under the Corrective Services (Administration) Act 1988 , section 51.
The commission must, on the commencement of this section, transfer the amounts to the detainees trust fund kept by the chief executive under this Act.
