sec.301JDuration of declaration

### sec.301J Duration of declaration A temporary detention centre declaration takes effect when it is first published— on the department’s website under section 301I (1) (a) ; or in another way decided by the chief executive under section 301I (2) (a) . The declaration ends on the earliest of the following days— the day the declaration is revoked under section 301L ; for a declaration that is extended or further extended under section 301K — the day that is 21 days after the day the declaration was made; or otherwise—the day the extended or further extended period of the declaration ends; the day that is 7 days after the day the declaration was made. s 301J ins 2023 No. 14 s 48 (sec.301J-ssec.1) A temporary detention centre declaration takes effect when it is first published— on the department’s website under section 301I (1) (a) ; or in another way decided by the chief executive under section 301I (2) (a) .
