### sec.288 Preservation of confidentiality The person must not— record or use the information, or intentionally disclose it to anyone, other than under this division; or recklessly disclose the information to anyone. Maximum penalty (subject to part 7 )—100 penalty units or 2 years imprisonment. s 288 ins 2002 No. 39 s 109 - (a) record or use the information, or intentionally disclose it to anyone, other than under this division; or - (b) recklessly disclose the information to anyone.
