### sec.287 Application
This division applies to a person who has gained, gains, or has access to, confidential information relating to a child through involvement in the administration of this Act.
This division also applies to a person who has gained, gains, or has access to, confidential information relating to a child for the purpose of, or in the course of, providing counselling or support to a victim of an offence.
