### sec.195 Preconditions to making of community service order
A court may make a community service order against a child only if—
the child indicates willingness to comply with the order; and
the court is satisfied that the child is a suitable person to perform community service; and
the court is satisfied on consideration of a report by the chief executive that community service of a suitable nature can be provided for the child.
