### sec.153B Court may require copies of report to be given to department
A court that sentences a child for an offence may order that a copy of a medical or other report tendered during the sentencing proceeding must be given to the department.
The order may include—
the time within which the copy must be given to the department; and
any other requirement to facilitate the giving of the copy to the department.

(sec.153B-ssec.1) A court that sentences a child for an offence may order that a copy of a medical or other report tendered during the sentencing proceeding must be given to the department.
(sec.153B-ssec.2) The order may include— the time within which the copy must be given to the department; and any other requirement to facilitate the giving of the copy to the department.
