### sec.153A Permitted use and disclosure of information in a pre-sentence report
This section applies to information—
given under section 152 ; or
included in a pre-sentence report.
Subject to a direction given under section 153 (3) , nothing in this Act or another Act limits or restricts the use or disclosure of the information in court.
Nothing in this section permits the publication of information that contravenes the Child Protection Act 1999 , section 189 .

(sec.153A-ssec.1) This section applies to information— given under section 152 ; or included in a pre-sentence report.
