### sec.123 Review decision On reviewing a sentence order, a Childrens Court judge may— confirm the order; or vary the order; or discharge the order and substitute another order within the jurisdiction of the Childrens Court magistrate to make. The judge may also make any other order a Childrens Court magistrate could have made in connection with the sentence order as confirmed, varied or substituted under subsection (1) . s 123 prev s 123 om 2014 No. 9 s 7C pres s 123 ins 2016 No. 38 s 14 (sec.123-ssec.1) On reviewing a sentence order, a Childrens Court judge may— confirm the order; or vary the order; or discharge the order and substitute another order within the jurisdiction of the Childrens Court magistrate to make. (sec.123-ssec.2) The judge may also make any other order a Childrens Court magistrate could have made in connection with the sentence order as confirmed, varied or substituted under subsection (1) . - (a) confirm the order; or - (b) vary the order; or - (c) discharge the order and substitute another order within the jurisdiction of the Childrens Court magistrate to make.
