### sec.122 Conduct of review
A review of a sentence must be by way of rehearing on the merits.
The Childrens Court judge may have regard to—
the record of the proceeding before the Childrens Court magistrate; and
any further submissions and evidence by way of affidavit or otherwise.
The review of a sentence order must be conducted expeditiously and with as little formality as possible.

(sec.122-ssec.1) A review of a sentence must be by way of rehearing on the merits.
(sec.122-ssec.2) The Childrens Court judge may have regard to— the record of the proceeding before the Childrens Court magistrate; and any further submissions and evidence by way of affidavit or otherwise.
