### sec.117 Appeals under Justices Act 1886 , pt 9 , div 1 The Justices Act 1886 , part 9 , division 1 , applies in relation to an order made by justices dealing summarily with a child charged with an offence subject to subsections (2) to (4) . To appeal under the division, an aggrieved person must appeal to the Childrens Court judge. All relevant references to a District Court judge are taken for the purpose to be references to the Childrens Court judge.
