sec.116Appeals to Court of Appeal

### sec.116 Appeals to Court of Appeal The Criminal Code , chapter 67 , relating to appeals or applications for leave to appeal applies, with necessary modifications and any prescribed modifications— in relation to a finding of guilt or order made in a proceeding against a child for an offence as it applies in relation to a conviction or order made in a proceeding against an adult for an offence; and in relation to a proceeding before a Childrens Court magistrate as it applies to a proceeding before a Magistrates Court; and in relation to a proceeding before a Childrens Court judge, sitting with or without a jury, as it applies in relation to a proceeding before the District Court. s 116 ins 2002 No. 39 s 30 - (a) in relation to a finding of guilt or order made in a proceeding against a child for an offence as it applies in relation to a conviction or order made in a proceeding against an adult for an offence; and - (b) in relation to a proceeding before a Childrens Court magistrate as it applies to a proceeding before a Magistrates Court; and - (c) in relation to a proceeding before a Childrens Court judge, sitting with or without a jury, as it applies in relation to a proceeding before the District Court.
