### sec.94 Documents must be given to Regulator on request
The Regulator may, by written notice, ask a self-insurer to give the Regulator the documents, copies of the documents or details from the documents, mentioned in section 93 .
The notice must state the documents required and state a time within which the documents must be given to the Regulator.
The self-insurer must comply with the notice, unless the self-insurer has a reasonable excuse.
