### sec.91 Continuation of membership in particular circumstances If there is a change in the membership of a self-insurer that is a group employer, it is declared that each member of the group immediately before the change is taken to continue as a member of the group for the purposes of the Act until the Regulator approves an application for a change in the group membership on the licence under section 89 . s 91 amd 2013 No. 52 s 114 sch 2
