### sec.716 Saving of former s 571D(3) This section applies if the Regulator provides or has provided a copy of a worker’s claims history summary to a prospective employer under former section 571D, including that section as continued in effect under section 715. Former section 571D(3) continues to apply, despite its repeal by the amendment Act, to the prospective employer. s 716 ins 2015 No. 13 s 31 (sec.716-ssec.1) This section applies if the Regulator provides or has provided a copy of a worker’s claims history summary to a prospective employer under former section 571D, including that section as continued in effect under section 715.
