### sec.714 Review or appeal of existing decisions This section applies if, during the relevant period— a decision mentioned in former section 540(1) was made; or a decision mentioned in former section 548 was made. Section 542, as amended by the amendment Act, applies to the decision mentioned in subsection (1)(a). Section 550, as amended by the amendment Act, applies to the decision mentioned in subsection (1)(b). In this section— relevant period means the period starting on 28 April 2015 and ending immediately before the commencement. s 714 ins 2015 No. 13 s 31 (sec.714-ssec.1) This section applies if, during the relevant period— a decision mentioned in former section 540(1) was made; or a decision mentioned in former section 548 was made. (sec.714-ssec.2) Section 542, as amended by the amendment Act, applies to the decision mentioned in subsection (1)(a). (sec.714-ssec.3) Section 550, as amended by the amendment Act, applies to the decision mentioned in subsection (1)(b).
