### sec.693 Cost of hospitalisation A gazette notice published by the Authority for section 217 of the pre-amended Act and in effect immediately before the commencement— continues in effect; and is, from the commencement, taken to have been published by WorkCover under section 217 of the amended Act. A gazette notice published by the Authority for section 218A of the pre-amended Act and in effect immediately before the commencement— continues in effect; and is, from the commencement, taken to have been published by WorkCover under section 218A of the amended Act. s 693 ins 2013 No. 52 s 107 (sec.693-ssec.1) A gazette notice published by the Authority for section 217 of the pre-amended Act and in effect immediately before the commencement— continues in effect; and is, from the commencement, taken to have been published by WorkCover under section 217 of the amended Act.
