### sec.686 Proceeding not yet started against former entity
This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a proceeding could have been started by or against a former entity within a particular period (the prescribed period ).
The proceeding may be started, within the prescribed period, by or against—
for an appeal against a review decision of the former Authority—the Regulator; or
otherwise—the State.

(sec.686-ssec.1) This section applies if, immediately before the commencement, a proceeding could have been started by or against a former entity within a particular period (the prescribed period ).
