### sec.681 Abolition of former Authority etc. At the commencement— the former Authority and the former board are abolished; and the members of the former board stop being members of the board; and the appointment and employment of the chief executive officer of the former Authority ends. Subsection (1)(b) or (c) does not affect the member’s or chief executive officer’s appointment in any other office.
