### sec.63A Additional premium for ch 6A
This section applies in relation to an employer who, before 1 January 2017, engaged a former coal worker to work in an industry that involved mining, loading, transporting or otherwise dealing with coal.
WorkCover may charge an additional premium on a policy issued to the employer in an amount WorkCover considers necessary towards covering the cost of administering chapter 6A in relation to the former coal worker.

(sec.63A-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to an employer who, before 1 January 2017, engaged a former coal worker to work in an industry that involved mining, loading, transporting or otherwise dealing with coal.
