### sec.599 Previous non-policy compensation arrangement with State
This section applies to amounts that would have been payable by a government entity to the workers’ compensation board under the repealed Workers’ Compensation Act 1990 , section 198 , if the Act had not been repealed.
The government entity must pay the amounts to WorkCover.
In this section—
government entity has the meaning given by this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the Statutory Bodies Legislation Amendment Act 2007 , section 129 .

(sec.599-ssec.1) This section applies to amounts that would have been payable by a government entity to the workers’ compensation board under the repealed Workers’ Compensation Act 1990 , section 198 , if the Act had not been repealed.
(sec.599-ssec.2) The government entity must pay the amounts to WorkCover.
(sec.599-ssec.3) In this section— government entity has the meaning given by this Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the Statutory Bodies Legislation Amendment Act 2007 , section 129 .
