### sec.575 Information use immunity Information obtained from a person in relation to an application for compensation or a claim for damages can not be used against the person in a proceeding for an offence under any other Act, other than— a proceeding in which it is alleged the information was false or misleading; or a proceeding for an offence against a claim farming provision within the meaning of section 573A (4) . s 575 amd 2022 No. 13 s 63 - (a) a proceeding in which it is alleged the information was false or misleading; or - (b) a proceeding for an offence against a claim farming provision within the meaning of section 573A (4) .
