### sec.565 Decision about amount of premium
If the decision appealed against is about an amount of premium, the premium assessed by an industrial magistrate or the industrial court is the premium payable by the employer.
If the premium paid by the employer as a condition of the appeal to an industrial magistrate is more than the premium assessed by the industrial magistrate or industrial court, WorkCover must refund the difference to the employer.
(sec.565-ssec.1) If the decision appealed against is about an amount of premium, the premium assessed by an industrial magistrate or the industrial court is the premium payable by the employer.
