### sec.564 Recovery of costs If the industrial court makes an order for costs, the amount ordered to be paid is a debt payable to the party in whose favour the order is made. The order may be filed in the registry of a court having jurisdiction for the recovery of a debt of the amount. On being filed, the order— is taken to be an order properly made by the court; and may be enforced as an order made by the court.
