### sec.554 Exchanging evidence before hearing
At least 10 business days before the hearing, each party must give each other party any relevant document the party wants to adduce as evidence at the hearing.
At the hearing, a party can not rely on a document that was not given to the other party as required by subsection (1) , unless the appeal body agrees.
